GPD needs help solving robbery: A 58-year old Ruby man was robbed early on Mon SEP 1st 08 (Labor Day) by two young males who approached him asking for a cigarette in the Old Town area of Galena. They then demanded the whole pack, martial arts kicked him, knocked him down and stole the pack and kicked him again. He lost consciousness and was later treated for facial contusions and cuts requiring sutures. Anyone with information on this crime should call Officer Mike Ervin at Galena PD (907) 656-2177.
