If you have a free account, you may purchase Per-Incident Support to help resolve your email issues. You may also upgrade your free account to a Mail Plus account. All Mail Plus subscribers receive support by email.

3. How do I check my USACOPS email?

How you can check your email account depends on the type of account you have:

A. Free and Storage Plus email accounts

Free and Storage Plus accounts are web-based only and can be checked by going to the USACOPS Homepage, the Email Login page, or the login page and correctly entering your login information.

If you are on a mobile device, please login at the URL

B. Paid Mail Plus Total Protection or Mail Plus Premium Protection email accounts

These accounts can be checked by going to the USACOPS Homepage, the Email Login , the login page, or accessed anywhere including mobile email (POP, IMAP, SMTP, SSL).

4. My email account has been restricted or suspended. What do I do? email accounts are provided and administered by a third party, USACOPS does not restrict or suspend the email accounts. Restrictions, suspensions, etc, are normally put in place by after a violation of their terms of service to prevent abuse of their service/network, etc.

Reasons for's locking could be due to being reported by several people from an outbound message, your outbound message contained something that their filters caught as spam, or there was suspicious activity on the account observed by their operations team. These are only but a few possibilities.

To ask for assistance for a suspended account, please raise a support call here. There is a charge for this service.

For free users, suggests you upgrade to their Mail Plus service. All Mail Plus subscribers receive support by email. Users are also referred to their Pay Per Incident support [ ] can assist these end-users with issues, especially if they are having false positive messages on the outbound side.

6. Why have my emails disappeared?

With a free email account, saved messages are deleted after 60 days of inactivity. Normally once this has happened your deleted emails cannot be recovered. If your email address is important to you, you should consider upgrading to a Mail Plus account, which has no 60 day limitation.
