 The Evansdale Police Dept. consists of 14 regular officers, 15 reserve officers and two civilian employees. We have five patrol vehicles and one mobile command/special response vehicle, a bicycle patrol unit, a community services/school resource officer and a special response team. Our training unit strives to provide the best trained officers possible.  We are active members of the Black Hawk Consolidated Comunications System, Black Hawk County C.J.I.S. and the Tri-County Drug Task Force. We are a progressive department attached to the metro area in Black Hawk County.
