Hello my name is Mike Mullins, I am the Constable for District one in Garrard county. (Lancaster KY.) There are five total elected constables in our county but there are only three that are active. We have county wide jurisdiction but I like to stay in my district. The other three constables that are active are James Napier, Brad Smith and myself. We have to provide all of our equipment. (Patrol car, Gun, Duty gear, Uniforms, fuel cost.) The county fiscal court provides two badges (one wallet, one shirt badge).
