The motto of the Norwood Police Department is "Duty, Honor, Courage". We will attempt to serve the community in as many ways as possible. We believe it is the "Duty" of every Norwood Police officer to Protect and Serve out citizens. We will always conduct ourselves in a professional manner maintaining the "Honor" of our department and those we serve. We will have "Courage" while in the face of criminal activity as we protect our citizens and their property.
