I became the Chief of Police in 1995. I made a promise not only to the residents of the Town of Mangham but to myself, that I was going to do the very best job possible. My department, for its size, is one of the best departments in North Louisiana. We have 24 hour protection and are members of the parish C.A.T. team. My department consists of 7 officers and 2 aux officers. I run an open door policy to the public and invite anyone in to discuss even the smallest of problems. I also like the public to contact me with any advice that would make our community any safer.
