Jurisdiction: The Marshals of the Missouri Court of Appeals / Eastern District are assigned to the Eastern District of Missouri but our Law-Enforcement powers extend across and throughout the entire Great State of Missouri.
As Marshals of the Missouri Court of Appeals / Eastern District part of our duties include but or not limited to the Execution of Writs, Serving Warrants, Regulating all persons out on State Appeal Bonds, Serve as Baillif of the Court when the Court of Appeals / Eastern District is in session, Protecting the Staff of the Court from any threat as well as function as the personal bodygaurds for the 14 Appellate Court Judges of the Missouri Court of Appeals / Eastern District
All Marshals of the Missouri Court of Appeals / Eastern District are Fully Commisioned and have Full Powers of Arrest. We are also authorized to carry our weapons 24/7.
