The Davidson Police Department is located in North Mecklenburg County region. The Officers working for the Davidson Police Department will do everything to enforce the laws set forth by the State, protect the public to the fullest, and make Davidson a safe place to live. There are several divisions with in the department including: Chief, Lt's, Sgt's, Investigations, SRT Team, Gun Violence Reduction, Lake Enforcement, Traffic Enforcement, Crime Scene Tec's, K-9 Narcotics and Interdiction, Motorcycle patrol, Animal Controls, and Patrol Division. Our goal is to protect everyone, save lives and keep peace with in the communities. BUT, those who choose wrong from right, shall be PUNISHED!
