My name is Chief Clifford R. Bigler and I am beginning my third year in command as Chief of Police with the Village of Frazeysburg. The Village of Frazeysburg Police Department is a small agency in the north-western corner of Muskingum County. We have a diverse staff of Officers who pride themselves on their commitment to the Village of Frazeysburg and surrounding areas. We had a population of 1,201 at the last census and believe that a smile and wave can sometimes say what needs to be said without even saying anything at all.
