The Pike Township Constables Office is the office of the Pennsylvania State Constable for Pike Township,
Berks County, Pennsylvania. The Constable is an elected or appointed law enforcement officer who
serves the Magisterial District Justice system in Pennsylvania by serving arrest warrants and
civil process, providing court security and prisoner transport for the district courts, and
other duties as ordered by the judge. PA State Constables are also the only law enforcement
officers allowed in the polling place during an election.
The Pike Township Constables Office proudly serves the people of Pike Township, the 23rd Judicial District
of Pennsylvania, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at large.
