Avoca Borough is located between the cities of Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, in the Northeastern portion of Pennsylvania. The Avoca Police Department provides 24 hour protection to the residents of the borough, and currently has a roster of (17) police officers. With a recent increase in crime our mission is ever-changing.
