Jurisdiction: The City Marshal's were incorporated in 1999 by The City of Corpus Christi. The Marshal's are Licensed Texas Peace Officers with full arrest powers. The City Marshal's are tasked with protecting the Municipal Courts which are comprised of Judges, Court Staff, and visitors. Marshal's also execute arrest warrants and serve process.
