Potter County Attorney's Office handles and prosecutes all misdemeanor offenses occuring in Potter County as well as Juvenile Offences, both misd and felony. We have 5 criminal Investigators and have one of the largest hotcheck/forgery Divisions assisting the county, and working with agencies of Potter County Sheriff's office and Amarillo Police Dept. Amarillo is a two County City of Potter and Randall County.
