The City of Owen is a rural community with a population of just under one-thousand residents. The City of Owen is contracted by the Village of Withee for law enforcement protection, which brings our two communities together for coverage.

Although our department size is small compared to many other agencies, we are pro-active in the community and work hand-in-hand with the residents and business owners to ensure a safe quality of life for all. My officers and I are dedicated to our profession as well as to our community, working together to make Owen a safe and enjoyable community for all.
