The Napier Field Police Department is currently accepting applications to establish a roster for the position of Reserve Police Officer. Reserve Police Officers will be appointed from this roster.

Reserve Police Officers are non-sworn / non-certified officers that accompany and assist other sworn police officers with varying duties and responsibilities.

The requirements for this position is as follows:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be a resident of the State of Alabama.
Must be at least 21 years of age upon appointment.
Must be in possession of a valid Alabama Driver's license.
Must be in possession of a valid Alabama Pistol Permit.
Must be in good physical health.
Must submit to a criminal background investigation.
Must not have any prior Felony and or Misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude.
