Effective July 30, 2025, we will be discontinuing the email service provided by Everyone.net and your @usacops.com email address will no longer be functional. We highly recommend taking the following steps to transition your email to a new service before this date:

Back up and/or download your emails: Everyone.net may offer options to download your emails. We recommend exploring their user guide or contacting their support team for instructions.

Set up a new email address: There are many free and paid email service providers available. We encourage you to choose a new email address and update your contacts with the new information.

This decision was not taken lightly. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologize for any disruption this may cause.

1. Who provides the USACOPS.com email service?

USACOPS.com email accounts are provided and administered by a third party, www.Everyone.net.

2. Do you provide tech support for the email accounts?

We are sorry, but USACOPS is not able to provide technical support for the email accounts. Email accounts are provided and administered by Everyone.net. They do not offer free technical support. All Mail Plus subscribers receive support by email.

3. How do I check my USACOPS email?

Accounts can be checked by going to the Everyone.net login page or accessed anywhere including mobile email (POP, IMAP, SMTP, SSL).

4. My email account has been restricted or suspended. What do I do?


USACOPS.com email accounts are provided and administered by a third party, www.Everyone.net. USACOPS does not restrict or suspend the email accounts. Restrictions, suspensions, etc, are normally put in place by Everyone.net after a violation of their terms of service to prevent abuse of their service/network, etc.

Reasons for Everyone.net's locking could be due to being reported by several people from an outbound message, your outbound message contained something that their filters caught as spam, or there was suspicious activity on the account observed by their operations team. These are only but a few possibilities.

You will need to contact Everyone.net for assistance. All Mail Plus subscribers receive support by email.

Note that the email service is provided by Everyone.net, who is a third party. Everyone.net may or may not release the account again if another breach is detected. So please take care using the service.

5. I have forgotten my password.

When you signed up for the email account, you were asked to supply a secret question and answer. You will be asked to give the answer you created. Request your password reminder here.

6. How do I report Spam or Abuse?

To report unsolicited email or spam, please verify that the message originated from an Everyone.net IP address, then forward the complete message (including all headers) to abuse@everyone.net.
