Fire Safety at Founders' Woods

As a reminder, any patio furniture or other items may not block any Fire Access Control Panel (FACP) room or closet. University Police have noticed several FACP closets where patio furniture or other obstacles were blocking access. The University can be fined by the Lisle Fire Department for such violations of the fire code.

Parking and Traffic Enforcement

University Police will be enforcing University and state parking regulations. University Police will also be enforcing Illinois Vehicle Code violations that occur on campus.

Please be cognizant of safe driving and the safety of pedestrians around campus. Safe driving helps reduce unnecessary crashes.

Click it! Or Ticket!

You may see University police officers standing at stop sign intersections. Officers will be issuing "Warning Tickets" as a reminder to wear your seatbelt when driving or riding in a motor vehicle.

These "Warning Tickets" will carry no fine. This program is designed to raise awareness of personal safety while operating or riding in a motor vehicle.
