San Diego, Calif., November 5 - American COP, a specialty magazine for law
enforcement from FMG Publications, is now available online as an interactive
digital edition. The current November/December issue, as well as the other five
issues from 2008, are available at
www.americancopmagazine.com.
Readers now have instant access to vast amounts of training and product information,
creating a virtual law enforcement reference library.
"FMG's new digital editions of American COP offer a powerful knowledge base -
suddenly available at the fingertips of anyone with access to the Internet," said Roy
Huntington, publisher of American COP. "The searchable online format and hot-links to
Web sites offer a kind of versatility simply not found in a classic printed page. We're excited
about the potential of this powerful new format!"
"Our new digital editions are a leap forward in our efforts to give cops
relevant and timely information to help them do their jobs more efficiently -
and above all — safely," explains Dave Douglas, editor of American COP. "Providing
information that may enable a cop to come home safe after every shift on the streets is
our commitment, and we will use any and all methods at our disposal to accomplish that task."
The American COP digital edition collection will be expanded in the coming months to
include all back issues dating back to the premier issue, September/October 2005. The
digital editions feature page-flip technology, zoom-in/out viewing, an "overview"
feature, and search capabilities through all issues. Visit www.americancopmagazine.com.
