The Village of Washingtonville Police Dept is located in southern Orange County. It serves a population of over 8,000 people who reside in 2.5 square miles. Washingtonville houses three schools and a business district as well as supports a vast national history. Washingtonville is also home to the Brotherhood Winery, which is the oldest winery in America offering continuous production. The Department structure comprises a Chief, (2) Sergeants, (3) Detectives,(8) Officers and (3) Dispatchers. The Department is also supplemented by several part-time officers.
