August 1, 2005 a motion was presented to empower the Mayor to swear in Mr. Fisher pending the outcome of the Mayor's meeting with the prosecutor/solicitor of the village. Mr. Fisher was out of town and not present for this meeting but was conducted via telephone and accepted the appointed for the September 2005 council meeting.
