December 27, 2005, The civilian represented Interview Panel which was appointed by Mayor Jones at the December 5, 2005 Village Council meeting met for the first time to interview five potential patrol officer candidates.

Chief Fisher having supported the motion at the council meeting was present presiding over the activities as host and advisor to panel which consisted of the former Mayor, Jeff Vanbrimmer, current Councilwoman Yvonne Ball and Councilwoman-Elect Pam Roush.

The panel is to present their recommendations to the Mayor this week. The Mayor with the support of Chief Fisher will review and interview those that make the "short list" for consideration for appointments by the end of the week if possible.
