I am Robert Wells, the Chief of Police of the Wilmer Police Department in Texas. The population of Wilmer is 3500 and we are nestled in Southern Dallas County Texas. My staff includes Detective Sergeant Eric Pon, Sergeant Victor Kemp. The Patrol/Traffic Division R. Cook, B.Lord, C. Cisneros, J. Blankenship, A. Weaver, J. Rhodes, J. Neeley, B. Moore, R. Sawyer and a host of fine Reserve and Communication Officers.
