We have a city population of 100,000 and our daytime population can exceed 350,000 people. We are the second largest Metro City only smaller then Atlanta. Sandy Springs has the largest Suburban buildings in the United States and more major Hospitals then anywhere in the South East United States. Sandy Springs is the largest City to ever incorporate in the United States, and finally the City of Sandy Springs has 22 miles of the Chattahoochee River in our City limits.
