MISSION STATEMENT
As conservators of the peace and public safety in
Yates County the Office of Sheriff will deliver
effective and responsive law enforcement, corrections,
court security, civil, and emergency communication services
equally and fairly without regard to race, creed, ethnicity,
or one's social or economic standing. We value an
exchange of ideas with all persons, groups and entities
in order to deploy efficiently our resources for the
good of the community and populations we serve.
Our objective is to make Yates County
a safe place in which to reside, work, visit and travel.
