The Hermitage Police Department was established in 1993. Before this time, the Officers were called City Marshalls.
Our Dept offers a full Police Service. We strive to be as Professional as Possible.
We have 2 Officers, a Chief of Police and a Sgt. We are a fully functional Police Dept. We have a trained CID officer and a
warrants Officer. We teach classes at our School District on saftey and Drugs awareness and other issues.
We patrol approx 9 sq miles. We help the county and state out when ever we can and if its within close
distance from the city limits.
