The Olustee Police Department is a progressive-minded agency set on maintaining
the peace and sanctity of the Town of Olustee. We actively engage in traffic enforcement,
neighborhood patrol, and emergency response to any police, fire, or medical emergencies,
24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week. We also take an active role in deterring the use of
illicit drugs by our youth, through interaction with them in school and in public. We serve
a population of approximately 600 citizens. We provide mutual aid to any neighboring agency
that requests such aid. The chief is on-call 24 hours-a-day to oversee any major crime
incidents or emergencies. We will continue to expand our response and service capabilities
through training and resources available to the agency. The Olustee Police Department is a
caring, professional and motivated agency made up of honest people that believe in the
pursuit of justice and possess the desire to help people, anytime, anywhere. Nothing less is acceptable.
Our actions reflect on all who wear the badge, throughout the United States.
